Level Mass Notification Platform.

The Mass Notification System (MNS) offerings include
the ability to publish alerts to thousands of devices on the
network for alerting desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
The platform architecture provides for alert publication
over an Internet protocol (IP) created on the network.
Alerts are sent over the network using standard SOAP/XML
packets over port 80. An example protocol might be
http://desktopalert.<your web server>.com or https://desktopalert.<your
web server>.com
