Howard Ryan - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Howard Ryan has developed innovative and first-to-market products for the enterprise software industry for over a decade.  Howard is a recognized leader and pioneer of several newly driven internet technologies.  The culmination of Mr. Ryan's experience and expertise resulted in launch of Desktop Alert.  Recently in 2008 Howard personally accompanied the Desktop Alert engineering team to preside over installations of Desktop Alert in battle zone IRAQ.


David Zadick - President

Mr. Zadick's distinguished career includes mass notification deployments to the White House, numerous American nuclear facilities, Congress and over 200 other Department of Defense and government facilities worldwide. Mr. Zadick will manage and direct company operations and also lead Desktop Alert initiatives into new market segments. Mr. Zadick has accrued over 25 million dollars in sales to the most crucial and prestigious governmental agencies in America for worldwide mass notification implementations.  More on Mr. Zadick's background is here.


Vicki Fife - Chief Administrative Officer

Vicki came to our firm when she recognized the strong growth at Desktop Alert and recognized that we needed major help coordinating business logistics.  As a leader in the Northern New Jersey real estate market for well over 20 years, Vicki brings a plethora of talent to the firm.  Vicki is the glue that helps all of us at Desktop Alert keep the business together.  If you ever do business with Desktop Alert, you will be meeting Vicki!


Buddy Ackerman - Director of Technology

Buddy was officer and an Avionics Flight Test Engineer at Edwards AFB. Buddy separated from the Air Force 1992 and began a career in information technology holding positions of network architect, Senior Developer, IT Director as well as consulting to corporations like Match.com, Adams Golf and McAfee.  Buddy joined the Desktop Alert team in January of 2005.  Buddy is currently commandeering the Desktop Alert System nationwide deployment for the National Guard.


 
Daniel Ryan – Install Manager, VP In charge of Project Management Office (PMO)

Dan has responsibility for overseeing all company projects and is a major stakeholder in all Desktop Alert customer implementations.  Dan is an accomplished IT project manager with solid and progressive experience leading projects within technically diverse working environments. Extensive background in policy implementation, program development, and user training and support, contributing to the expansion of various companies. Skilled trainer and project leader; able to direct multiple tasks effectively and master innovative software and tools. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish quality relationships with all clients and colleagues. Dan graduated from Dowling College (MBA) and Stony Brook University (BA History).


Phil Biesel - Desktop Alert NextGen Architect (Under Update)

Experienced in software management and development.
Believe in scalability and performance on day 1.
Strive towards clean/simple UI.
No software technology religion.
