Account Tab - Keyword Lists

Keyword Lists provide management with the ability to create lists with Keywords.

Users may then access these keywords and bind keywords that they select with their profile.

The UserData option enables users to choose keywords from lists provided by management OR create user defined keywords to associate with the end-users profile.

This innovative feature allows publishers of an alert to target users for the alert publication based on keywords which match UserData entries.

Keywords enable on-the-fly query alert publication by alert publishers which extend the reach capability of the system beyond that of user names and group memberships.

ex: If a user is a member of the softball team, yet no group exists for the softball team, all users who have the keyword 'softball team' in their UserData are easily sent alerts as the alert publisher can select 'softball team' as a keyword.
