Edit User Type

Administrators may change a user type from this screen to that of a Normal user or to that of an Administrator.

Do not select Moderator from the drop down menu while in this screen. 

Moderators must be promoted from  Alert Groups Tab - Group Select View - Toolbar -Moderators
